The most important thing to configure in V3mail is the INTERNET settings. 

Email Program Settings

1.  Your Name

Enter the name you want to appear in your recipients email.

2.  Your Email Address

Enter in your email address as provided by your ISP in the "Your Email Address:" field.

3.  Reply-To Address (optional)

Your Reply-To Address is the email address you want your recipients to send their email Reply to.  Enter in an alternate address email address for all replies to your email.  If left blank, your Reply email address will be the same as the "Your Email Address:" field address.

4.  Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server

Enter in the SMTP server name provided by your ISP which handles outgoing email.

5.  Automatic email settings detection

If you already have a email reader program configured, V3mail can try and detect the proper email settings.  Click on the AUTO button in the Program Settings window to check if V3mail detects your email reader program settings.  If it detects more than one email account, then the Auto Configuration window will appear.  Select the your primary email address.

If you successfully obtained and entered this information. . .  Congratulations, the hard part is over.  You can start sending Voice & Video email messages after the sound & video setup.
